IEEE Women In Engineering (WIE) is the largest international technical professional organization supporting women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The global network connects nearly 20,000 members in more than 100 countries to advance their lives and careers at every point. As IEEE YTU WIE, our goal is; To ensure that women gain more space in technical disciplines and to help their recruitment and protection at a global level. One of our main goals is for our male and female members to work collaboratively in the sector, using their talents, and to always take technology one step further. For this reason, we bring together business people who are experts in their fields with the engineers of the future on our school platform, and we aim to gain a place in the sector as more competent and conscious engineers. IEEE YTÜ WIE aims to help its members in the field of engineering recognize themselves and their achievements, to reward them, to create an international network, to organize various seminars and events for its members, and to implement some social responsibility projects. IEEE YTU WIE members form sincere friendships, gain effective mentors, and make a difference for the benefit of humanity. IEEE YTU WIE appeals to people of all ages in every aspect, both social and technical, throughout the year and sees gender equality as the main goal in the sector.
